KONCAI was founded in Hong Kong in 2009, with its headquarters in Shenzhen near the Hong Kong border and Shenzhen Airport. We are a professional manufacturer of makeup cases, cosmetic bags, nail tables, barber cases, director chairs, and other specialty bags & cases.

We operate two factories directly:

  • Huda factory 1: Specilized for soft cosmetic bags & makeup cases with over 50 workers mostly for Disney & hellokitty products.
  • QinYuan factory 2: Specialized for Hard aluminum cases & hard-soft combined large cases with over 120 workers.

Our monthly production capacity is 80,000–100,000 pieces, with over 70% export to Europe, USA, and Australia.

  • Upon receiving an initial deposit, we will send a Pre-Production Sample (PPS) for your approval before starting mass production.

Yes. Our professional team has extensive experience in packaging design and manufacturing, and we can customize products according to your specifications.

Samples are usually ready in 7–10 days and shipped via express delivery, arriving in 5–7 days. You may provide your own courier account or prepay the shipping cost if you don’t have one.

The production time depends on order quantity and seasonal demand. For MOQ (minimum order quantity), the lead time is approximately 35–45 days. We recommend initiating inquiries 2.5 months before your desired delivery date.
